Why is it so difficult to have simple contact with nature, it's time for reflection and relaxation in the everyday life of each of us....

In today's globalized world, many people experience difficulties in getting in touch with nature and finding time for reflection and relaxation. Our lives have become fast-paced, dominated by technology and daily chores, which affects our health and balance.

Why is it so difficult to get in touch with nature?

Here are the simple reasons which come to mind:

Urbanization: Many people live in cities where access to nature is limited. Crowded streets, noise, and air pollution affect our ability to relax and connect with nature.

Technology: Smartphones and social media often replace real interactions and realistic contact with the world around us. Instead of spending time outdoors, we are more likely to choose a screen.

Pace of life: The modern lifestyle, related to work and responsibilities, often means that we lack time for reflection and rest, and the weight of the rush of life chasing us obscures the reality of our needs and desires.

How to find time for reflection, relaxation and true integration with nature, loved ones and yourself.

Prioritizing is crucial. defining what is really important to us. By setting priorities, it is easier to find time for meditation, contact with nature, a stop here and now as a real assessment of what is really important to us in life.

What can help us?

Daily rituals: Introducing simple rituals, such as morning meditation or a walk in the park, can become part of our daily routine. Even 10-15 minutes a day can significantly affect your well-being.

Planning: Setting specific days and times for activities in the natural world and meditation can help you set aside time for these important aspects of your life.

Minimalism: Cutting down on unnecessary commitments and simplifying life can free up time for reflection and contact with nature.

What do we get from spending time with nature and meditation?

Affects Your Mental Health: Being in contact with nature reduces stress, improves mood, and increases feelings of happiness. Being outdoors has a positive effect on our mental health.

Helps in Harmony: Regular meditation promotes a better understanding of yourself and your emotions, which leads to greater inner harmony and better relationships with yourself and others.

Increases Creativity and Productivity: Breaks for reflection and contact with nature can increase our creativity and improve efficiency at work or study.

A relaxed mind shows an increased ability to concentrate and clarify thoughts, and thus greater possibilities of creation.

In the face of the challenges of modern life, it is crucial to consciously strive for a balance between everyday life and the need for contact with nature and reflection. By prioritizing, introducing rituals, and conscious planning, we can make time for these important aspects to contribute to better health and harmony in life. That is why I encourage everyone to make simple changes that will allow for greater integration with the world around us and time for relaxation and meditation. Taking care of your health and balance is an investment that will bring long-term benefits.

This is what I wish with all my heart for you and for everyone.....
