We surrender to the moment and let our emotions flow to us without much control. We often feel that a given situation could have taken a completely different course of events and that our reaction was inappropriate.
However, it is important to understand that we have the power to shape our lives and emotions. I encourage you to consider a few aspects that will help us believe in this power.
Understanding Responsibility for Emotions
Accepting responsibility for our emotions and actions is the first step. We decide how we react to situations. While we can't control everything that happens around us, we can control our reactions and attitudes.
